Be positive don’t listen anybody

This is the story about the tiny frogs…
There once was a bunch of tiny frogs,…
…who arranged a racing competition.
The goal was to reach the top of a very high tower. A big crowd had gathered around the tower to see the race and cheer the contestants…
The race began…
Honestly, No one in the crowd really believed that the tiny frogs would reach the top of the tower. Statements such as:
“Oh, WAY too difficult!!
They will NEVER make it to the top.”
“Not a chance that they will succeed. The tower is too high!”
floated in the air.
The tiny frogs began collapsing.
One by one……
Except for those who in a fresh tempo were climbing higher and higher…
The crowd continued to yell.
“It is too difficult!!! No one will make it!”
More tiny frogs got tired and gave up… …But ONE continued higher and higher and higher… This one wouldn’t give up!
At the end everyone else had given up climbing the tower.
Except for the one tiny frog who, after a big effort, was the only one who reached the top!
Then all of the other tiny frogs naturally wanted to know how this one frog managed to do it.
A contestant asked the tiny frogs how the one who succeeded had found the strength to reach the goal?
It turned out…That the winner was DEAF!!!!
The moral of this story is: Never listen to other people’s tendencies to be negative or pessimistic…
…cause they take your most wonderful dreams and wishes away from you. The ones you have in your heart!
Always think of the power words have.
Because everything you hear and read will affect your actions!
Therefore: ALWAYS be…

POSITIVE!

Above all: Be DEAF when people tell YOU that YOU cannot fulfill YOUR dreams!
Always think: I can do this!

Try to change something … you can

Hello friends,

Let’s start with a story of a employee working in a MNC, Name: Rahul (a common Indian name)

Every morning he catch bus to reach office. His work is to think out of box by sitting in a cubical. Company work going so so. No innovation and same work in iterative mode. No new project because company can’t even handle its old client efficiently. but rahul was working there happily , the only problem is his Boss. Boss always shouts at employee “Ye kachra kisne kiya??” (who have spread this garbage). Boss doesn’t tell anything to peon but scold all those employee again and again. Rahul was fed up of this, because he was an easy target of this boss missile. Every day Boss dishonor him on this pity issue. One day he decided something and go to his office. After lunch, again boss came and shouted loudly. but this time Rahul stand up with his one hand in his pocket. Immediately a thought run in his mind, what happens to him he also don’t know. He ran to peon take broom and start collecting that mess. Everyone’s eye on him, boss was surprised. then rahul raise voice and said ” it is true this works belongs to our peon but if he is not working we have to do something. Although peon takes money for it but if peon not doing his work then its our duty to clean office, only scolding is not solution. If we all do our own work sincerely in the stipulated time we can do a lot to our office. But due to some unresponsive person we can’t just avoid the mess. ” After this, he pull a resignation latter from his pocket and give it to boss. Everyone in office clapping for him. Boss say no its my fault i can’t take your resignation. In meanwhile peon understand his mistake. Peon come and apologized for his mistake i.e.not completing his part of work.

Afterward situation in office totally changed. Now everyone was doing his work very sincerely. Boss haven’t scold anybody rather he helps every employee where they are lacking. Company got three new project in one year. Atmosphere of office completely change a new positive atmosphere just because of that 5 min incident.

Now let us imagine our Country be that office. we are employee like rahul. Politicians and administration is the boss of our office. Corruption be garbage and law enforcing bodies are like peon.

Raise your voice where there is anything going wrong. Your 5 min orientation can guide somebody and can motivate everybody to work in a correct manner.

For changing anything you don’t have to be the boss. If every small entity of this system works in the manner that rahul had. No one can stop this youth force to bring India at zenith.

So do your work sincerely, raise the voice don’t avoid, take initiatives and powerup India.

UPSC GS: How to Prepare

GETTING THE BASICS RIGHT – FROM WHERE AND HOW TO BEGIN

The base development phase has to be strong. This phase includes studying the basic books and developing the right techniques for things such as books reading, newspaper / magazine reading, using the internet, reports reading etc. UPSC questions will not be from this level, but if we don’t get this right, we won’t get the subsequent phases right. The idea is – our base should be so strong that when we study the higher things, we should be able to understand them straightaway. If our base is not strong, then we would have to keep revisiting it and will waste a lot of time. A good base means we should not feel the need of ever revisiting the basic books again.
